I’m Kirstin and I established Vital Assistant in 2022.

Vital Assistant helps overwhelmed HR Consultants by taking away admin tasks that allows them up to concentrate on clients and growing their business.

Vital Assistant can provide support on an Ad-hoc, Project or Retained basis.  As a virtual administrator/ HR administrator/ P.A. I can help support you as you grow.

It might be that you are not quite at that point of being able to hire an employee but still need that extra pair of 'admin hands' to free you up to concentrate on existing clients, pursuing new clients and fulfilling those growth plans.

My clients also benefit heavily from having a 'true partner' in their corner who understands what the 'day-to-day' reality of running a small business is like, as after all, Vital Assistant is my own small business. 

By way of background, before I founded Vital Assistant, I worked in the corporate world for 6+ years, supporting various HR and HRIS leaders and HR Business Partners with HR administration, HR systems and HR analytics. This lends me well to support HR freelancers. 

My personal motto has always been ‘to strive to leave an organisation in a better place than I found it’ and that is what I will always aim to do for your business.

From regular tasks that need completing daily or weekly, to a ‘one-off piece’ e.g. updating and formatting an employee handbook, developing an organisation chart to creating an absence tracker, let me support you. Freeing you up to concentrate on your valued clients.

I am a nerd. I admit it! I love processes and creating order.  I also possess pretty darn good Excel skills which my clients have often found extremely useful! The people I’ve worked with will testify to this! (check out my Linkedin)

You can 'pick up and put down' or have a regular set of hours per month as a retainer. It's up to you. Everyone's needs are different and it is about you as an individual.

Whatever it is you need, I'm sure I can help, and if I can't, I will always be honest and if necessary guide you to other sources of support.
